Like a composer who writes a piece of music, Claudy Jongstra composes with wool, which she uses to create new colourful compositions. For this upcoming solo exhibition she created no fewer ten new organically shaped artworks from which the colours splash. The wool-felted works take on the layered blue hues derived from woad and the recent fresh harvest of Yellow Chamomile from biodynamic Odin farm, De Beersche Hoeve, yields a  vibrant almost fluorescent yellow with a saturated solar power.
