    On Friday 31 May at 16:30 we will have the book launch of Magali Reus her two new publications ‘Dearest’ (published by JRP|Ringier and designed by Irma Boom) and ‘Red Roses’ (published by Nai010 and designed by Wolfe Hall). Curator Fernanda Brenner will talk with Reus about these two new publications, how they came about and how they relate to the works currently on view in the gallery. Both publications will be available for sale. Registration for the event is not needed.

    My Garden’s Boundaries Are the Horizon: Performative reading | Constanza Mendoza and Giles Bailey

    For this event, De Appel invited Constanza Mendoza and Giles Bailey, who have been following the process around the exhibition My Garden’s Boundaries Are the Horizon closely, for a performative reading and conversation on January 24, 18:00–19:30. They are going to read the publication My Garden’s Boundaries Are the Horizon: A Porous Reader to Unguard the Garden and transform their interpretation into a collective event where the book serves as a score to be performed.
