The Court for Intergenerational Climate Crimes (CICC), initiated in 2021 by Framer Framed, Radha D’Souza, and Jonas Staal, prosecutes climate crimes with a focus on the inseparability of crimes against people and nature. Their call to action addresses war crimes as climate crimes, featuring Muhammad Al-Kashef from Watch the Med, a key witness in the 2021 CICC case. The verdict will be presented for the first time as part of the CICC publication.
