Date Line is a week-long showcase of recent works by Gvantsa Jgushia & Samuel Mackiewicz. Thinking about works and practices developed in close proximity, both artists’ sceptical awareness of the practicalities of duo-ship has led them to question the tested modes of mentioned affair and what is there not to gain. Following their completion of De Ateliers two-year residency programme, Jgushia and Mackiewicz present the work developed or remoulded in their shared studio environment.
