Relive, rebirth, realise. When one understands, over and over, that life is a repeating cycle. Heavily influenced by his experiences with electronic music, sampling and so-called sound-loops, Lester’s fascination with the cyclical nature of life and death has found shape in installations, such as the conveyor belts, spinning objects and labyrinths, as well as in his films, that deal with the notion of realising one’s own eternal recurrence.⁠
