    AKINCI is proud to present for the first time in the Netherlands works by Marie-claire Messouma Manlanbien, Odonchimeg Davaadorj and Nona Inescu. In the attachment space we are excited to present the film The Brook, a new project by Clarinde Wesselink.

    In this exhibition with the title rooted we bring together works that explore connections between the female body and its being embedded in nature, in cultural heritage and the art of storytelling.

    Talk | León Krempel in conversation with Robert Zandvliet

    León Krempel (1966) is an art historian specialising in Dutch Baroque art. He has curated more than 50 exhibitions, mainly in the field of contemporary art, including artists such as Marlene Dumas, Rosilene Ludovico, Stan Douglas, and John Gerrard. Since 2014, he has served as Director of the Kunsthalle Darmstadt. León Krempel is curating and organising a solo exhibition of Robert Zandvliet's work in 2026.
