    Part of the atelierWG Series

    Ciska Brugemann presents some of her sketches and paintings, inspired by the WG-premises and surroundings.

    For example, a drawing that expresses a reflection on the arches on the WG-premises, now a monument marking the boundary of the former Pesthuis on the WG-territory, one of the buidings of the former Wilhelmina Gasthuis hospital, isolating the rest of the citizens of Amsterdam. This impression was made at the beginning of the COVID-19-pandemic, January 2020, from a window of studio number 25, pavilion 19. And some paintings about the underpass of the Rijksmuseum, happily still free accessible for everyone.

    Monday 19 February until Sunday 25 February from 2-6 pm;
    except Wednesday 21 February: then only from 2-4 pm;
    Friday 23 February from 2-8 pm (Opening 5-8 pm).

    Re-arrangement of Priorities | Rainbow Soulclub

    With 2025 marking the 20th anniversary of the collective, Rainbow Soulclub is returning to W139, where they first exhibited in 2007, to celebrate and situate this moment in time. This exhibition brings together works that have been created over years of collaboration, while simultaneously making visible that which forms between the making of work, together, over so long: a family that started as strangers.

    Liminal | Koen Kievits and Nara Kim

    Enseoul is delighted to present Liminal, a duo exhibition featuring Koen Kievits (b. 1996, NL) and Nara Kim (b. 1998, KR) opening on Friday 14 March between 5 - 8 pm. Through distinct yet complementary practices, both artists explore the shifting boundaries of memory, materiality, and perception. The title, Liminal, refers to a state of transition—where the real and imagined blur and reform.
