The VU ART SCIENCE Gallery is open from Tuesday to Saturday between 12:00 and 18:00. The gallery host is happy to tell you more about the exhibition and the artworks.
The gallery was established at the end of 2021 to connect art, science, and current affairs. As a broad-based university, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam encourages the exchange of multidisciplinary knowledge to contribute to solutions for pressing societal issues. This is urgent, as the complex challenges of our time demand radical concepts.
Boelelaan 1111
The gallery is located in the NU building at the heart of the VU Campus, on Boelelaan 1111, where research, education, and culture converge. In addition to the exhibitions, VU Griffioen theatre performances and Rialto VU films are open to everyone. Culture café Bar Boele serves as a meeting place for students, staff, and the wider public alike.
