    On the occasion of 80 years of freedom, artist duo Sander Breure & Witte van Hulzen present the exhibition “Friede auf Erden”: Art and War at Huis Willet-Holthuysen. In this exhibition, the artists bring the house’s hidden wartime past to life through a new video installation, complemented by photographs, drawings and paintings.

    Curious about the story behind “Friede auf Erden”? During the Artist Tour on 28 September and 19 October, the duo will personally guide visitors through their solo exhibition.

    Janis Rafa | We Betrayed the Horses

    Artist and Rijksakademie alum Janis Rafa will introduce her practice in art and film and reflect on her recent exhibitions We Betrayed The Horses’(EMΣΤ| Museum of Contemporary Art Αthens, 2025) and Feed me. Cheat me. Eat me. (Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam, 2023). The talk will be followed by a screening of her film Lacerate that was presented at 59th La Biennale di Venezia (2022).
