On The Inside is a platform for contemporary art in Amsterdam. It is located at the NDSM werf, just 10 minutes away from Central Station via the free ferry.
The spacious venue features high ceilings and ample natural daylight streaming through the roof. This makes it an ideal setting for large scale contemporary artworks and multi media installations, as well as more intimate exhibitions where the natural, filtered daylight reveals visually subtle works.
Founded by Annemarie Galani and Henk Stallinga, On The Inside is primarily an artist driven exhibition space. The exhibition program is curated by ‘On The Inside’ and its rotating advisory board.
