During Amsterdam Art Week 2025, Stigter van Doesburg is proud to present the exhibition Experience everything by Erika Peucelle. The opening will take place during the Gallery Night on Thursday 22 May between 17:00 and 21:00.
Do you long to experience everything life has to offer? What does it truly mean to live fully?
This exhibition presents diary-style paintings that capture the unfolding of a love story through everyday moments. Faces passing by, views from a car window, feet resting on a train—each scene offers a quiet space for reflection, drawing us into a shared, unspoken consciousness. Other works depict striking figures: a girl on her bed, a boy savoring an ice cream, intimate glimpses of lovers together.
Weighing the defining spirit of our times, the artist explores love as both an enduring force and a refuge—a counterbalance to the existential solitude of modern life.
