    Josilda da Conceição Gallery shows a hybrid programme of contemporary art from painting to installation. Since its founding in 2014, the gallery seeks to bring together international artistic practices and stimulate discourse across diverse cultural perspec- tives. In conjunction with fostering emerging talent, Josilda da Conceição Gallery shows estab- lished artists alongside these new voices, and in doing so cultivates new areas for aesthetic and conceptual contemplation.

    somewhere not here | Maartje Stapel, Leendert Vooijce, Tyron Winter

    Josilda da Conceição is pleased to present trio exhibition of Maartje Stapel, Leendert Vooijce and Tyron Winter called somewhere not here. In this group show the artists reflect on the idea of space for space, beyond the physical and spatial limitations of being within a body. The exhibition will run from Saturday the 7th of December until the 4th of January 2025. Each artist contributes a unique perspective that invites viewers to contemplate how our identities are shaped by the limitations and freedoms of the human experience. Through their innovative works, they challenge us to reflect on the interplay between the mortal body's boundaries and the infinite spirit that lies within, encouraging a deeper understanding of our shared humanity.
