For more than 30 years CBK Zuidoost has been the place for contemporary visual art from an intercultural, inclusive perspective. The CBK brings a wide audience into contact with contemporary art at various locations in Amsterdam Southeast with exhibitions, art library, education, workshops and events. They believe that art can make a big difference in our lives and in the world. It is their mission to make representative visual arts accessible to everyone. And to make everyone part of it by bringing different areas of exper-tise and disciplines together. The CBK researches, collaborates, acquires, produces exhibitions, cares for their visitors, stimulates art-making and educational programmes and so much more.
